Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and requested within 30days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, products such as opened aromatherapy oils, diffusers with used water chambers, or any personalized items are not eligible for return.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
